Rock Bottom Concerts is a monthly all-ages concert series dedicated to supporting original music, local artists, and the next generation of musicians and music fans through a partnership with Penguin City Brewing Company. We provide a consistent, professionally produced platform for artists to perform, connect with new audiences, and help strengthen the regional music community while reviving, rebuilding, and resounding the local original music scene.
OUR MISSION
Rock Bottom Concerts exists to create meaningful opportunities for artists, introduce audiences to new music, and strengthen the regional music community through live original music.
By providing a welcoming all-ages environment where young people can experience local original music firsthand, we hope to inspire creativity, encourage participation, and help cultivate the future of our music scene.

• Three-band lineup featuring one headliner and two supporting acts.

This partnership allows us to continue investing in local artists while providing audiences with a unique, professionally produced live music experience in a welcoming community environment.
ALL-AGES ENVIRONMENT
Rock Bottom Concerts is committed to providing an all-ages concert experience that helps introduce new audiences to original music and supports the next generation of musicians and music fans.
While all events are open to attendees of all ages, some artists may include mature themes or explicit language during their performances. Rock Bottom Concerts does not censor artistic expression; however, we will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees when explicit content may be present.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the monthly lineup and artist information before attending.

ARTIST INFORMATION
Original Music First
Rock Bottom Concerts exists to showcase and support original music.
Performing artists are expected to feature primarily original material during their set. While occasional cover songs are acceptable, the focus of each performance should be on original work.
Rock Bottom Concerts is not intended to function as a cover-band showcase.
Promotion Expectations
All participating artists are expected to actively promote their scheduled performance.
Artists should:
• Share official event graphics
• Create and post their own promotional content
• Invite friends, family, and followers
• Engage with event-related social media posts
• Help spread the word leading up to the event
The success of the series depends on collaboration between artists, fans, Penguin City Brewing Company, and our community partners.
Market Exclusivity
To help maximize attendance and create a stronger concert experience for artists, fans, Penguin City Brewing Company, and our community partners, Rock Bottom Concerts requests that performing artists limit appearances within the immediate Youngstown market for approximately 30 days before and after their scheduled performance.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Merchandise
Artists are encouraged to bring merchandise.
A designated merchandise area will be available throughout the event.
Backline & Equipment
Available backline and shared stage equipment will be communicated to performers prior to each event.
Equipment availability may vary based on the headlining artist and production requirements of a particular show.
