LIVE SOUND & PRODUCTION RENTALS
All packages include a complete production system tailored to your event, including delivery, setup, on-site sound engineer operation, and full teardown.
We provide fully managed live production so you can focus on your event while we handle the technical execution.
SYSTEM CAPABILITY SUMMARY
We scale production systems based on venue size, audience capacity, and production complexity. Each package is a fully deployable live sound system designed for real-world performance conditions.
Final system configuration is always adjusted based on venue acoustics, layout, and event requirements.
RENTAL TIME POLICY
Rental time begins when equipment loading begins at our facility (including trailer load-out, preparation, and transport) and ends once all equipment has been returned, unloaded, and fully secured back into storage.
This ensures full coverage of production labor, transportation, setup, event operation, teardown, and equipment handling.
SERVICE AREA
A travel fee of $1 per mile applies beyond a 25-mile service radius.
Service Area Includes:
Youngstown, Niles, Hubbard, Poland, Salem, Newton Falls, Cortland, Hermitage, New Castle, East Palestine, Lisbon, Butler, Alliance, Deerfield, and surrounding areas.
BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all rental dates. This deposit secures your production team, equipment, and event date, and is applied toward your total balance.
Payment Schedule
Non-Refundable Deposit: Due at time of booking (reserves event date)
50% Payment: Due 7 days prior to event date
Final Balance: Due upon completion of services, including any additional labor, equipment, or overtime, and issuance of final invoice.
Additional hours, labor, equipment, or services requested beyond the original scope of work will be added to the final invoice.
All invoices must be paid in full according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
This structure allows for accurate billing of actual event hours while ensuring proper staffing, equipment preparation, and full production readiness for every event.

High-output ground-stacked system designed for festival-scale events, large indoor spaces, and outdoor multi-act productions requiring maximum coverage and impact.
Coverage:
~400–800 optimal outdoor audience coverage
Up to ~1,000+ in large controlled indoor environments (warehouses, gymnasiums, event halls)
Up to ~1,200–1,500 depending on layout, staging, and environmental conditions
(Performance is highly dependent on room shape, rig placement, and audience distribution.)

This is a ground-stacked system (not flown), optimized for impact, clarity, and wide-area reinforcement rather than long-throw touring line-array deployment.
